This Primavera P6 Advanced teaches how to use P6 to perform Earned Value Analysis.  The whole process is covered from the correct database and project settings, to “S” curve reports to be delivered to clients.

Software versions: The course uses P6 Professional, Primavera's Windows-based, client/server application. It is appropriate for those using P6 Professional either as a stand-alone application or as part of P6 EPPM.

Topics include: A full discussion of percent complete. The impact of Duration Type. Earned Value and Baselines. Growth and variations and how they are monitored through Earned Value Analysis.
