Rapid Results is an Oracle Primavera Accelerate solution specifically developed by Milestone for the engineering and construction industry. It includes software, consulting and training, all for a fixed and affordable price. This solution is ideal for organisations looking to benefit from a fully featured Oracle Primavera deployment, but where the resources and timeframe for deployment are restricted, and early production of accurate and reliable decision making data is of paramount importance.

Milestone’s experience – the lessons we have learned from nearly 20 years of Oracle Primavera implementations in the engineering and construction sectors – has been used to develop this Oracle Primavera Accelerate Solution. Rapid Results is designed around Oracle Business Accelerators, consisting of rapid implementation tools. It is (primarily) aimed at Midrange and SME organisations, or smaller divisional, and site operations of large organisations, and is specifically geared towards implementing systems with minimal business disruption and minimal delay, so that genuine benefits can be obtained quickly and easily.
 
Milestone is the first Primavera GBU Accelerate Specialization Partner. In fact, out of around 20,000 Oracle Partners, only about 160 are Specialization Partners; this is a significant recognition by Oracle.
 
Rapid Results is an easily scalable solution that works well for operations of all sizes and complexity, incorporating company-focused and industry-specific best practice. This solution is able to take advantage of other Primavera “Plug in” modules and seamless integration with the client’s existing ERP and Financial systems.
 
The Basic Rapid Results package consists of facilitating a data-gathering exercise, project deliverables agreement, instructions for data take-on, dashboard and report definitions and training for up to eight key people. The strategy will be to agree a scope and timeline for the project. Any changes to the scope and timeline will be treated as a variance and agreed upon accordingly.
