Estimating is performed by combining the scheduling power of Primavera with HD Cost Management (a.k.a Hard Dollar) to build robust Bids with professional quality Proposal documents. We utilise Primavera Risk Analysis (PertMaster) to test the accuracy of the schedule, and then combine the Synchro 4D modelling tool to ensure that the delivery will be practical as scheduled. All this can be hosted by LoadSpring, for whom Milestone is the UK representative. During project execution, actual costs and time taken are compared with the estimate, allowing variation to be managed accurately, ensuring all changes in scope are correctly accounted for. Cash flow, performance KPIs and earned value reporting is easily generated, ensuring that all aspects of project cost and schedule management are available for review.
