Pertmaster adds schedule and cost risk analysis to your existing Primavera software.

Pertmaster will add schedule and cost risk analysis to Primavera planning products. It reads directly from P3 and Suretrak file formats, and integrates seamlessly with Primavera Enterprise. It will simulate the performance of your project and evaluate the likelihood of finishing on time or within budget.

Use Pertmaster to find out the probability of completing your project on time and in budget. Assign uncertainty to task durations, costs and resources. Use criticality, sensitivity and cruciality to identify risky activities. Use probabilistic branching to model different outcomes and probabilistic calendars to model uncertainty in working time (e.g. bad weather). Look at the impact of risk mitigation on your project goals.

Intergration with Primavera - Pertmaster has a two-way, seamless interface with Primavera Enterprise. The program can open P3 and SureTrak files directly using one click import facility. Pertmaster contains all the necessary tools to perform the schedule risk analysis using a powerful and rapid analyser that quickly produces results.

Primavera Monte Carlo users - Pertmaster is a Primavera supported alternative to the Monte Carlo software. It provides the functionality of Monte Carlo in a easy to use graphical interface.
