Project Management procedures

You probably work to a standard set of project management procedures in your organisation to comply with your ISO 9001 accreditation. Milestone may assist you when implementing a computerised project management system by reviewing your procedures and assisting you with the required updates.

Installation

Milestone has a team of experienced engineers to assist with the installation of your products. Or assist in the design and implementation of LANs and WANs to gain the maximum benefit from your investment in project management products.

Report Development

You may want to establish a portfolio of standard customised reports for your organisation. We can provide experienced consultants to analyse the required data with you, and then either customise an existing report or develop new reports so you may report your projects in your company style.

Data Conversion

Many companies move to Primavera from other planning packages. Expert help speeds up and smoothes the transfer process. Milestone has extensive experience to help you move to Primavera, and the resources to meet any work overload in transition. We have moved clients from the simplest and most complex systems to Primavera, and conversions from Artemis™ are a speciality.

Application Development

Milestone develops custom-made project management applications, which may be integrated with your packaged products. Examples of this are MilePlot progress reporting, invoice cost collection, or a whole user interface. We use modern Object Oriented techniques, with programming languages and databases appropriate to your requirements, for fast, effective implementation.
