Overview
We provide a wide range of technical services to assist in the smooth implementation and running of your project management systems.
Services include development of your project management procedures for your computerised project management environment, installation of your products, report development, data conversion, implementation support, systems integration, application development through to full turnkey systems.
All of our consultants are degree-educated and are experienced planners and resource managers with track records of implementing large project management systems with hundreds of users. Senior members of our staff also possess MBA or similar business qualifications, ensuring strong understanding of business processes. Our trainers are of similar educational standards and are all accredited Primavera Trainers, having passed the formal examinations set by Oracle Primavera. Several staff members have achieved Prince2™ practitioner qualifications.
Once we have a clear understanding of the delivery timetable we will be able to identify appropriate, available resources from our consultancy team. These resources will be available for pre-start meetings and discussions as required; we can also provide relevant CVs.
Milestone has successfully implemented Enterprise solutions at BP, Agip, Petrofac, Exxon, KBR, Foster Wheeler, T-Mobile, Atkins, Central Science Laboratory, London Underground, Tube Lines, and a number of sites for the Government, among many others. Some of these installations involved interfacing to existing or planned applications, including Oracle Projects/HR, SAP and other ERP and Finance systems.
